Wealin Pro Terms & Subscription Policy

These Wealin Pro Terms (“Pro Terms”) govern the optional paid Wealin Pro subscription and the sale or rental of Books by eligible users of the Wealin mobile application, website and related services operated by MyKolly Limited (“Wealin”, “we”, “us”).

These Pro Terms form part of the Wealin Terms of Use and should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and Creator & Paid Books Terms. Where there is a conflict in relation to Wealin Pro, these Pro Terms apply.

1. What Wealin Pro Is

Wealin Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features on your Wealin account. A free Wealin account remains available and continues to include core functionality such as creating Books, adding experiences, Events and memories.

2. Pricing

• Monthly subscription: £9.99 per month.
• Annual subscription: £99.99 per year.

Prices are stated in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where required by law. Prices shown in your app store may vary by country, currency and local tax treatment.

3. Pro Features

An active Wealin Pro subscription may include:

• the ability to hide your follower count from other users;
• the ability to add a biography to your profile;
• eligibility to be recommended in Explore and in Favourite People;
• visibility of users who have visited your profile;
• extended profile editing, including custom profile and passport colours (free accounts use the standard white profile with the orange passport);
• increased prominence in Explore;
• access to the Wealin AI trip planner at no additional charge;
• the ability to rent your Books to other users; and
• an advertising-free experience.

Features may be added, modified or withdrawn as Wealin develops. Where a material Pro feature is withdrawn, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected subscribers.

4. Profile Visitors

Where profile-visitor information is available, it is provided for transparency between users. You must not use this information to harass, stalk or intimidate another person. Misuse may result in loss of Pro features or account action under the Community Guidelines.

5. Explore Prominence

Pro accounts may receive increased visibility in Explore and in recommendation surfaces. This is not a guarantee of a specific level of exposure, follower growth, impressions or sales. Ranking also depends on content quality, relevance, user behaviour and integrity signals.

6. Eligibility to Sell or Rent Books

To sell or rent a Book you must:

• hold an active Wealin Pro subscription;
• be at least 18 years old;
• meet the minimum follower requirement of 1,000 followers;
• satisfy the applicable Book quality requirements; and
• comply with these Pro Terms, the Creator & Paid Books Terms and the Community Guidelines.

7. Available Price Tiers

The price you may charge for a Book depends on your follower count at the time the Book is priced or repriced:

• 1,000 – 9,999 followers: £0.99 or £3.99 (maximum £3.99).
• 10,000 – 49,999 followers: £0.99, £3.99 or £15.99 (maximum £15.99).
• 50,000 – 149,999 followers: £0.99, £3.99, £15.99 or £29.99 (maximum £29.99).
• 150,000 or more followers: £0.99, £3.99, £15.99, £29.99 or £49.99 (maximum £49.99).

All prices above are per buyer. Each traveller who purchases your Book pays the selected price individually — they are not totals collected across your followers, and your earnings grow with every additional sale.

If your follower count falls below a tier threshold, we may require the Book to be repriced at the next renewal or listing update. Artificially inflated follower counts may result in loss of selling eligibility under the Community Guidelines.

8. Commission and Payouts

For each completed sale or rental, applicable costs are deducted first. These may include payment-processing fees, app-store fees, refunds, chargebacks, currency conversion costs and applicable taxes.

From the remaining amount, Wealin retains a commission of 25%, and 75% is allocated to the creator.

Payouts are made through the payment provider we use, subject to minimum payout thresholds, identity and tax verification, and payout schedules. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations in respect of amounts received.

9. Annual Book Access and Renewal

Unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase, a purchased Book grants the buyer access for one year from the date of purchase. After that period, access may end and the buyer may need to renew in order to continue accessing the Book.

Rented Books grant access for the rental period shown at checkout. Creators may update a Book during an access period; we do not guarantee that content will remain unchanged.

10. Billing, Renewal and Cancellation

Wealin Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Where the subscription is purchased through an app store, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are managed by that app store in accordance with its terms.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Pro features remain available until then.

11. Refunds

Statutory rights to cancel or obtain a refund, where they apply, are unaffected. Beyond those rights, subscription and Book purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where we determine a refund is appropriate (for example, fraudulent, duplicate or materially misdescribed content).

12. What Happens If Pro Ends

When a Pro subscription lapses or is cancelled:

• your profile reverts to the standard appearance;
• your follower count may become visible again;
• profile-visitor information may no longer be available;
• Explore prominence may be reduced;
• advertising may be shown again;
• new Book sales and rentals may be suspended; and
• existing buyers generally retain access for their remaining access period.

Your Books, memories and experiences remain in your account.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• purchase, sell or manipulate followers to reach a higher price tier;
• use bots, fake accounts or coordinated activity to inflate sales, ratings or engagement;
• sell content you do not have the right to commercialise;
• create filler or duplicate content solely to meet quality thresholds;
• conceal a material commercial relationship where disclosure is required; or
• circumvent Wealin's payment systems for transactions arranged through Wealin.

We may withhold payouts, remove listings, suspend selling eligibility or take account action where we reasonably identify a breach.

14. Changes to These Pro Terms

We may update these Pro Terms, features, commission rates or price tiers. Where changes are material and affect existing subscribers or creators, we will take reasonable steps to provide advance notice. Changes to subscription pricing apply from the next renewal.
